This is a permanent re-route to better load balance traffic through our Juniper Firewalls and Switches and pass through the 10G network, this update ensures the service remains stable.

 

If you use our DNS Nameservers no changes will be required.

A network outrage has been identified Some customers are seeing intermittent network issues. We're aware of the issue and are working on it urgently.

As part of our commitment to ensuring a secure and stable platform, we will be performing a series of rolling firmware updates on the network fabric underpinning your hosted service, during this update there will be the following impact to services:

Dedicated Servers will experience up to 20 minutes of network downtime

VPS and Cloud VM’s should not experience any interruption to the service however the systems will be running without network redundancy during the upgrades.

We will send out an additional notification once the upgrades have been completed and normal service has resumed.
