All of the shared hosting packages that 365hosts offers, as well as our reseller hosting, comes complete with 24×7 support. As does our VPS hosting and managed server offering. Everything is offered as a managed service. Meaning we handle all the administration tasks such as software upgrades, etc. So, there is no charge for any tech support of general sever administration tasks.
All of the web hosting packages we offer, as well as our VPS and dedicated server products, are all inclusive of free technical support. We see these products as being a managed service. We will perform all server maintenance, applying operating system patches, performing software upgrades, etc. This removes the issue of support for you entirely. You are free to work on your website and business; you won’t need to spend time fixing technical problems.
365Hosts operates a web hosting support department that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We even cover major holidays such as Christmas and New Year. Our VPS and dedicated server team also offer a 24×7, 365 days a year technical support service. However, due to the fact that these senior support staff and server administrators work in shifts, there may be a delay until shift change to have your problem resolved. This is because the person most qualified to help you might not be on the current shift. For example, if your fix needs a senior server administrator, and there isn’t one currently on shift, we would wait for one to start their shift, before escalating your support case to them. Put simply, yes, we offer 24×7, 365-day support for VPS and dedicated servers, but not every issue may be solved instantly.
