For all customer support inquiries via live chat, a Security Pin which enables us to verify the account holder is required, this will expire every 1000hrs,

You can generate a new Support Pin from the client dashboard, you will see the pin number clearly located within the left pane of the dashboard, once we verify the pin number on a live chat we can proceed as normal.


Under GDPR regulations and as a company who adhere to the ICO (information Commissioner's Office) guidance, this is best practice to ensure your personal data is kept secure.

We will give 3 attempts only to provide the correct pin number, if this is unsuccessful we reserve the right to BAN the user from live chat, if for any reason we detect fraudulent behaviour with attempting unauthorised account access to a client's account we will inform the client directly.
